Five Bookish YouTubers for Writers
We all need a little help sometimes. When you’re just getting started with writing, you may need more than a little. If you’re like me, you need a GRIP LOAD of advice, tutorials, and more. Here are five YouTubers that I turn to for guidance. I bet they can help you as well.
Self-Publishing with Dale
From uploading your manuscript to finetuning your keywords, Dale cuts through the haze of how to’s and helps writers become authors. Snarky and understanding, Dale has no qualms about bringing in experts and getting his hands dirty assisting his viewers. Check out his channel and subscribe if a jump start into publishing is what your career needs.
Heartbreathings
Sarra has been self-publishing for over a decade. As a YA Paranormal writer, she thrives on the supernatural and loves helping others achieve their dreams. On her Heartbreathings channel, she uplifts authors from planning to plotting. Be careful- Sarra is highly binge-able.
The Courtney Project
Half of a steamy and sensational romance writing team, Courtney brings a lot of saucy wit to her videos. She’s not shy to offer her opinions or share her experiences. She also happens to be my all time favorite live sprinter. It pains me when I can’t make one of her lives. Bring your WIP and get motivated with Court.
Christian Indie Writers
Four Christian writers work together to inspire others. They share tips on marketing and writing. My favorite feature is when they share their writing prompt scripts- uncut and unedited. Check them out.
Becca Syme
This writing coach is all about working with your strengths instead of against them. If you find yourself spinning toward writers block or burn out circle to this channel and sit a spell. Becca will put your mind at ease and help you recover your creative energy.
Sarah the Late Night Coffee Mom
My tiny channel includes how I get things done as a homeschool mom who writes, but I’m always up for suggestions. Stop by and say hi! I’d love to get to know you better.
